Terms & Conditions of the Austria-Taxi-Transfer
Area of jurisdiction
The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Austria-Taxi-Transfer. These also apply to all future business relations, even if they are not expressly agreed again. The terms and conditions of the Austria-Taxi-Transfer shall be deemed to be binding at the latest with the use of the services.

A contract is concluded by written confirmation from Austria-Taxi-Transfer. A change or deviation is also required in writing.
Prices
Unless otherwise agreed, the current prices of the Austria-Taxi-Transfer always apply. Additional special services (eg waiting times) are calculated separately. The prices are inclusive of the statutory VAT. The prices are exclusive of the ancillary costs, which are within the scope of the client. In particular, parking costs and additional toll charges, which are commissioned by the customer or by persons to be transported, are not included in the price and are calculated separately.
Terms of payment
The invoice is due immediately after receipt (without deduction). Payments are to be paid in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card. In the event of a delay in payment, Austria-Taxi-Transfer is entitled to charge interest of 12% per month from the due date. Payments are also permitted in the vehicle. In the event of a delay in payment, Austria-Taxi-Transfer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. The payment is valid only if the Austria-Taxi-Transfer can dispose of the required amount.
Cancellation
A cancellation of the order up to 10 days before the start of the service is free of charge. In the case of a cancellation up to 5 days before the start of the performance, 50% of the agreed total remuneration is due. In the case of cancellation up to 2 days before the beginning of the performance, 75% of the agreed total remuneration is due. For cancellations less than 2 days or if the journey is not taken, the full charge (100%) will be charged.
For the receipt of a written cancellation, the date of receipt of the cancellation declaration shall count to the Austria-Taxi-Transfer.
Liability by us
Austria-Taxi-Transfer accepts the liability due to the transport contract limited to damages, which were proven by us at least grossly negligently. Liability for other damages is excluded.
Exclusion of carriage
Austria-Taxi-Transfer reserves the right to exclude persons who are a threat to the order and safety, damage the vehicle intentionally or grossly negligently or do not follow the instructions of the driver.
Data protection
In order to be able to ascertain the identity of a booking customer, we need a series of personal data for a booking or the preparation of an offer. These include in particular the name, first name, addresses and telephone number. Depending on the desired method of payment, bank details or credit card numbers are also requested. We also use personal data for our internal internal accounting, customer loyalty and our own marketing activities.
Children
Persons under the age of 18 should not transmit any personal data to us without the consent of our parents or their parents. We do not request personal data from children, do not collect them and do not pass them on to third parties.
Jurisdiction
Austrian law shall be applicable for all disputes between Austria-Taxi-Transfer and the contractual partner. The state capital Salzburg is the venue for all disputes. This also applies to all customers who are resident in another EU Member State or in a third country.
